1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Inner Threads Macrame. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, and by engaging with our business, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
2.1 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, provided such refusal complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and other applicable laws in South Africa.
2.2 You understand that any content you provide (excluding payment details) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.
2.3 The headings in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
3.1 Inner Threads Macrame specialises in handcrafted macrame products. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations in colour, size, and texture.
3.2 We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3.3 Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. However, we will honour confirmed orders at the agreed price at the time of purchase.
4. ONLINE STORE TERMS
4.1 You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in South Africa, including but not limited to intellectual property and consumer protection laws.
4.2 You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
4.3 Any breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of services.
5. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
5.1 We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact details provided at the time of order.
5.2 You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made through our store.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
6.1 We aim to process and ship orders within the specified timeframe on our website. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
6.2 Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6.3 Inner Threads Macrame is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the courier service. However, we will assist in resolving any shipping issues to the best of our ability.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
7.1 Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
7.2 To initiate a return, please contact us at creative@innerthreads.co.za with your order details and a description of the issue.
7.3 Refunds will only be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping costs.
7.4 Shipping fees are non-refundable. If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs will apply for reshipment.
7.5 Custom orders and personalised items are non-refundable, unless defective.
8. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
8.1 Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8.2 Payment information is processed securely, and we do not store your credit card details.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Inner Threads Macrame and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
