Order Processing Times

  • Made-to-Order Items: Some of our macrame pieces are made to order. These items can take up to 2 weeks to create before they are shipped. We pride ourselves on the craftsmanship of each item, and this extra time ensures we deliver a product that meets our high standards.
  • Ready-Made Items: Items that are in stock and ready to ship will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are fulfilled through BobGo and shipped via their reliable courier services. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor your delivery.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. You will be able to view the shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
  • Delivery Times: While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier's schedule. Generally, delivery within South Africa takes between 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Peak Season Delays

During peak seasons such as holidays or special promotions, please be aware that there may be delays in both production and shipping times. While we will do our best to fulfill orders within the usual timeframe, some orders may take longer due to high demand. We appreciate your understanding and recommend placing orders well in advance to avoid any potential delays.


External Actions (e.g., Strikes, Natural Disasters)

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as strikes, natural disasters, or other external factors that may affect shipping or production timelines, Inner Threads will not be held responsible for delays caused by these events. While we will make every effort to mitigate any impact on your order, please understand that certain situations may be out of our control. We will notify customers of any major delays and keep you updated on the status of your order.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since many of our products are custom-made to order, we have specific return and exchange guidelines:

  • Made-to-Order Items: Because these items are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product if there is an issue, and we will work with you to resolve it.
  • Ready-Made Items: You may request a return or exchange for ready-made items within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • Made-to-Order Items: Cancellations for made-to-order items can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, production may have already started, and cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Ready-Made Items: You may cancel your order for ready-made items within 24 hours of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage or mistake. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
