Do you take custom orders?

Yes! I love working on unique pieces that reflect your personal style and space. Whether you have a specific design in mind or need guidance, I’m happy to collaborate and create something just for you.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Each piece is handmade with care, so processing times vary. Standard items typically ship within 5–7 business days, while custom orders may take 2–3 weeks, depending on complexity. If you need something by a specific date, let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

What materials do you use?

I use a variation of macrame, ranging from cords, ropes, and braided fibers, with various dyes to create unique textures and finishes.

Can I choose my own colours?

For custom orders, yes! I can work with you to select the perfect colours for your piece. Contact me to discuss your ideas.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes! I ship nationwide across South Africa. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. If you’re based outside SA, please get in touch, and I’ll check shipping options for you.

What is your return policy?

Because each item is handmade, I only accept returns for defective or incorrect orders. If you receive a faulty item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll work on a resolution. Custom orders are non-refundable unless there’s a defect.

How do I care for my macrame piece?

To keep your macrame looking its best:

  • Dust it gently or use a lint roller for light cleaning.
  • Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  • Comb out the fringes with a fine-tooth comb if they become tangled.
