Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at creative@innerthreads.co.za with your order details.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at creative@innerthreads.co.za so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you have questions about a specific product’s return eligibility, feel free to reach out to us.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at creative@innerthreads.co.za.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs will apply for reshipment.
